Please note that you may return eligible item(s) for store credit or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds to the original payment method are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Select “Start Exchange or Return”
3. Select the item(s) you are returning or exchanging
4. Follow the instructions provided through the portal

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging
• Free of damage, perfume, or signs of wear

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
