You must contact customer service for approval before shipping your return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
You must email email@example.com before beginning the return process. Please include your order number in the email.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused with original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Your email must be sent within 7 days after you received it (mail) or after purchased (in store)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
